    30-minute introduction to ballet classes with expressive movement for 5-6 year olds.

    This fun-filled class begins with a warm-up followed by 15 minutes of ballet technique, then 10 mins of child-led special routines. The aim of junior classes is to develop co-ordination, listening skills and rhythmical awareness, with a lively sense of song and dance.

  • Happy Feet

    Fun 30-minute classes of rhythmical movement and tap dancing for 4-5 year old boys and girls.

    The class begins with a warm-up followed by 10 minutes of modern technique, 5 minutes of rhythmical listening and 10 minutes of basic tap. The aim of all junior classes is to develop co-ordination, listening skills and rhythmical awareness, with a lively sense of song and dance.

    Tap shoes can be loaned for your child’s first term.

  • Little Poppets

    Fun 30-minute classes of expressive movement, music and singing for under 4s and their parent or carer.

    The aim of this relaxed and interactive class is to develop confidence, social skills and response to music. Lots of activities are child-led – everyone just “goes with the flow”! Children as young as two are welcome to attend – there are lots of toys around to stimulate and educate. Class includes basic skills of hopping, skipping and jumping.

  • Showtime Stage Academy

    First class free!

    Showtime Stage Academy gives students an opportunity to join fun, age-based workshops in performing arts, including dance, theatre arts, musical theatre and mime. Classes are with fully qualified and experienced professionals. Each week students work towards producing a show for all members to entertain an audience. Some students are invited to join our ‘Performers’ groups, in which they experience more complex, technical team work.

    Age groups are:

    • Pumpkins (3 to 5 years)
    • Munchkins (5 to 7 years)
    • Juniors (8 to 11 years)
    • Seniors (11 years plus)
