  • Adult Ballet for improvers

    The next step up! Working around the grade 5 ISTD syllabus/level. This class is for those moving up from beginners or those with some previous ballet experience. Classes help build strength, flexibility and technique as well as subject knowledge.

  • Intermediate Adult Ballet

    A higher level class for those with more developed dance experience and secure knowledge of ballet terminology. Faster paced and more complex dance routines. Still building on strength and sound technique.

  • Silver Swans Ballet

    Silver Swans is an initiative set up by the Royal Academy of Dance to bring ballet to more mature dancers. The pace of the class allows plenty of time for learning and practising basic ballet movements. Ballet is fantastic for balance and strength, which are affected by the ageing process.
