Clothing

All clothing for our classes is available from our in-house Tog Shop.

Beginners

Beginners can wear whatever they like, as long as you deem it suitable for the activities your child is going to do. However, we know that part of the appeal of dancing, particularly ballet, is to wear a ballerina's uniform. So, your child can "look the part" if they wish, but it's totally optional!

Little Treasures

• Pink leotard
• Pink skirt
• Pink crossover cardigan
• Short pink or white socks
• Pink satin or leather ballet shoes with elastic to secure
• Bare feet are fine too!
• Hair should be tied off the face

Pirates

• White t-shirt or body suit
• Black or navy shorts
• Short white socks
• Black leather ballet shoes with elastic to secure
• Bare feet are fine too!

Happy Feet

Girls - As Little Treasures, except tap shoes are required!
Boys - As Pirates, except tap shoes are required!

Tap shoes can be any colour or style. We can loan your child a pair of tap shoes for up to five weeks.

Little Angels

• Pink ‘Chloe’ short sleeved leotard*
• Pink chiffon skirt with elasticated waist*
• Short pink or white socks
• Pink satin or leather ballet shoes with elastic to secure Pink lycra hairband
• Hair should be clipped and tied off the face

*Any pink leotard and skirt is acceptable for the first term

Princesses

• Pink ‘Chloe’ short sleeved leotard
• Pink chiffon skirt with elasticated waist
• Short pink or white socks
• Pink satin or leather ballet shoes with elastic to secure Pink lycra hairband
• Hair should be clipped and tied off the face

Ballet

Grades one and two

Girls

• Lavender sleeveless leotard ("Aimee")
• Elastic belt
• Short pink ballet socks
• Pink leather ballet shoes with elastic to secure Hair must be neatly groomed

Boys

• White t-shirt or body suit
• Black or navy shorts
• Short white socks
• Black leather ballet shoes

Grades three and four

Girls

• Navy ‘pinch front’ sleeveless leotard ("Sophie")*
• Elastic belt
• Pink roll up tights (optional for grade three)
• Pink leather/canvas ballet shoes with elastic to secure
• Hair must be neatly groomed in a bun

*The lavender "Aimee" leotard is acceptable until outgrown

Boys

• White t-shirt or body suit
• Black or navy shorts
• Short white socks
• Black leather ballet shoes

Modern

No footwear is required. Dyna Band is required for body conditioning classes.

Primary to grade three

Girls

• Lavender "Aimee" or Navy "Sophie" sleeveless leotard
• Roll up tights (optional at grade 3, not permitted at other grades)

Boys

• White t-shirt or body suit
• Black or navy shorts

Grades four to six

Girls

• Burgundy leotard
• Black footless tights

Boys

• White t-shirt or body suit
• Black or navy shorts

Tap

Pre-primary to grade two

• Ballet uniform with pink or white socks
• Any flat tap shoes (Note: Heel taps are recommended from Grade 1)

Grade 3 and above

• Ballet/modern uniform with black shorts or jazz pants
• Black ‘Oxford‘ tap shoes with black socks (Note: Flat tie taps are acceptable)
